Buzzworks exists because small businesses get sold IT they can't verify. We run enterprise and regulated environments for a living — and bring the same discipline, evidence and tooling to businesses of 5–50 people.
The idea
Every MSP says "proactive support" and "peace of mind". We think you should never have to take that on faith. So everything we manage produces evidence — patch status, backup results, response times — and lands in a one-page monthly report written in plain English. If we're doing a good job, the report shows it. If we're not, the report shows that too.
Small and senior by design. Senior engineers only. No juniors, no ticket-shuffling. The person who scoped your environment is the person who answers when something breaks.
