Four services. One programme if you want it.

Each service runs on its own or combines with the others. Everything is delivered at a fixed monthly fee, and everything we do shows up in your monthly report.

When IT keeps interrupting your day

Managed IT and security

We take over the day-to-day running of your IT: support, maintenance and security. Your team calls one number and gets an engineer, not a ticket queue.

What is included

  • Help desk and remote support, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with agreed response times
  • Workstation and server patching on a monthly cycle
  • 24/7 automated monitoring of servers, network and internet links, with alerts actioned during support hours
  • Endpoint protection managed and reported on every device
  • Firewall management: rules, updates, VPN access
  • Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, and user onboarding and offboarding

What you see every month

  • Tickets logged, resolved and time to fix
  • Patch compliance per device
  • Uptime on your internet links and servers
  • Security alerts raised and what we did about them

Good fit if: you have 5 to 50 staff, no full-time IT person (or one who is overloaded), and IT problems currently land on whoever is least busy.

When you cannot see what you are paying for

Automation and reporting

Most SMEs pay for IT and see nothing back but invoices. We automate the checking and put the evidence in front of you in plain English, every month.

What is included

  • Automated daily health checks across servers, backups and endpoints
  • A monthly report written for owners, not engineers
  • Asset and licence register maintained automatically
  • Backup jobs verified: success confirmed, failures followed up on the next working day
  • Warranty and licence renewals flagged before they expire
  • Quarterly review call: what changed, what is at risk, what is next

What you see every month

  • One-page summary across your estate
  • Backup success rate and last verified restore
  • Licence spend and what you can cancel
  • Recommendations ranked by risk, with costs

Good fit if: you suspect you are over-licensed, under-backed-up, or both, and want the numbers rather than reassurance.

When a client asks for your POPIA paperwork

POPIA compliance

POPIA applies to every South African business that holds personal information. We implement the practical side, the policies, controls and evidence, so you can answer a client questionnaire or an Information Regulator query with confidence.

What is included

  • Gap assessment mapped to the eight POPIA conditions
  • Information Officer registration and responsibilities set up
  • Policies, procedures and operator agreements drafted for your business
  • Access control and least privilege applied to your systems
  • Data retention and secure disposal implemented
  • Breach-response plan with notification templates
  • Staff awareness training, repeated annually

What you see every month

  • Compliance status against each POPIA condition
  • Access reviews completed and exceptions found
  • Training completion by staff member
  • Open gaps with owner and due date

Good fit if: your clients send vendor security questionnaires, you handle customer or employee data, or you do not know where you stand.

ISO 27001 readiness: we assess where you stand against the standard, help you build the policies and controls it requires, and prepare you for audit. Certification itself is issued by an accredited certification body, arranged through our partner.

When admin takes hours it should not

Business automation

If a person copies data from one system to another every week, that is a process waiting to be automated. We build small, reliable automations on the tools you already pay for. No new platforms, no rip and replace.

What is included

  • Process review: where the hours actually go
  • Repetitive admin automated on Microsoft 365 and your existing systems
  • Reporting pipelines feeding live dashboards
  • Alerts routed to the right person, not a shared inbox
  • Integrations between the systems you already run
  • Documentation so the automation outlives any one person

What you see every month

  • Hours saved per automated process
  • Automation run history: what fired, what failed
  • New candidates for automation, with effort against saving

Good fit if: your team spends hours on copy-paste reporting, chasing approvals by email, or retyping the same data into two systems.

Not included in the monthly fee

Four things sit outside the per-user price on every plan. Each one is quoted in your proposal before you sign, so there are no surprise invoices.

  • Software licencesMicrosoft 365 and your business applications are billed separately or stay on your own account. The monitoring, security and backup tools we run for you are included.
  • HardwareFirewalls, switches, access points, computers and backup devices are quoted separately. The plan covers managing them, not buying them.
  • On-site call-outsSupport is remote first. If a visit to your office is needed, it is quoted before we come out.
  • OnboardingA once-off setup fee for documenting your environment, deploying our tools and closing the urgent gaps. Fixed in your proposal.

The agreement in plain English

Every plan runs under a signed service agreement and a one-page proposal. These are the terms that matter, without the legal wording.

  • Support hoursMonday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, excluding public holidays. Monitoring runs 24/7. Alerts raised after hours are actioned on the next working day. Response targets by priority are set in your proposal.
  • Term and early exit12 months. If you end the agreement early, the licences we have committed to on your behalf for the rest of the term remain payable.
  • PaymentInvoiced monthly in advance and collected by debit order. Service may be paused if an account falls overdue.
  • What counts as a userA named person with a login or mailbox we support. Shared computers, servers and extra sites are counted in your proposal. You can add users at any time; the count does not drop below the number you signed for during the term.
  • Price changesYour per-user price is reviewed once a year, at renewal. If a vendor or the exchange rate pushes our licence costs up during the term, we pass on that increase only, with 30 days' notice.
  • Existing problemsSystems that are out of vendor support or already faulty when we take over are listed in your assessment. They are covered once they have been fixed or replaced, at a quoted price.
  • Your data and POPIAWe sign a POPIA operator agreement with every client, covering how we handle the personal information on your systems.
  • LiabilityWhat each side is responsible for, and the limits on liability, are set out in the service agreement.

Each plan includes everything in the plan before it. Once-off projects such as migrations, automation builds, standalone POPIA implementations and ISO 27001 readiness are quoted at a fixed price after the free assessment.
