Four things sit outside the per-user price on every plan. Each one is quoted in your proposal before you sign, so there are no surprise invoices.
The security, backup and monitoring licences behind your plan are bought from vendors on annual terms, and onboarding is front-loaded work. A 12-month agreement is what lets us keep the per-user price this low. At the end of the term you choose: renew for another 12 months, or continue month to month with 30 days' notice.
The minimum monthly fee: R3,500 on Essential, R5,500 on Secure or R8,500 on Governed. Monitoring, tooling and reporting cost about the same to run for five people as for eight, so the fee does not drop below that. If a monthly plan does not make sense at your size, we will say so at the assessment and quote a once-off fix instead.
It depends on what the assessment finds: how many devices, what state they are in, and how much needs fixing before we can support it. The fee is fixed in your proposal before you sign.
Yes. POPIA implementations, Microsoft 365 migrations, automation builds, security clean-ups and ISO 27001 readiness are quoted at a fixed price after the assessment. No monthly plan required.
